Can our team update the content?
That can be included in the scope. We agree which content should be editable, who will manage it and whether a content management tool or a simpler update process is appropriate.

An enquiry flow can be scoped with a clear purpose, consent wording and an agreed destination for the information. We avoid collecting data that the experience does not need.
