Outdoor and architectural mapping can be assessed against ambient light, surface conditions, projection distance, mounting access and venue permissions. Share photographs and dimensions first.
Does the venue need to be dark?
Lower ambient light usually helps the projected image read clearly. We assess lighting and the available projection output before recommending a format.
Can we use existing video?
Existing footage may be adapted, but it needs to suit the surface geometry, resolution and playback layout. Custom content can be scoped where adaptation is insufficient.
Can projection respond to visitors?
Interactive elements can be considered with suitable sensors and software. This requires an additional interaction scope and testing.
How much setup time is needed?
Access time depends on the surface, mounting, calibration and rehearsals. Confirm venue access early so the installation plan can be agreed.
Is projection equipment included?
The proposal specifies the equipment, content, installation and operation included. We confirm these components against your venue and event brief.
