Mixed Reality (VR & AR)Take people inside
your story.
Let your audience explore a place, understand a product or experience an idea first-hand. We develop VR and AR experiences around the visitor journey, the content and the way people will use them.

01 / What it makes possible
A different way to see, learn and explore.
Virtual reality places the visitor in a digital environment. Augmented reality adds digital content to a view of the physical world. The right approach depends on what your audience needs to understand, where the experience will run and how much time they have.
Property and destination previews
Explore an unbuilt space or a destination through a guided immersive journey, with viewpoints and interactions selected around the story.
Product demonstrations
Show scale, components or a process that is difficult to demonstrate physically. Let the audience investigate at their own pace.
Visitor attractions and brand experiences
Create a journey for a showroom, exhibition or visitor environment, with clear instructions and a simple start and finish.
02 / Choose your format
Built around the way
you want to present it.

Immersive VR
A headset-based environment with a guided route or interactive exploration. We scope the headset, tracking area, controls and content together.

AR experiences
Digital overlays for a compatible phone, tablet or installation. Device support, tracking method and distribution are agreed before production.

Interactive virtual environments
A 3D environment explored on a screen or touch display when a headset is not the best fit for the audience or location.
The final format, deliverables and technical requirements are confirmed in your proposal.

03 / From idea to delivery
A clear production process.
- 01
Define the experience
Agree the audience, communication goal, location and intended session length.
- 02
Prototype the interaction
Test a small part of the journey on the proposed device before producing the complete environment.
- 03
Build the content
Develop models, environments, interface and interactions, with reviews at agreed milestones.
- 04
Test and hand over
Check performance, usability and the reset process on the delivery hardware. Agree deployment and ongoing support.
04 / Let’s scope your project
Start with your idea.
We’ll work through the detail.
Scope depends on the number of environments, modelling detail, interaction complexity and delivery devices. A short guided experience and an open interactive world require different production plans. Hardware, installation, licensing and support are confirmed in the proposal.

Your questions,
answered.
Have a specific installation or production question?
Ask our team ↗Should we choose VR or AR?
VR suits an experience that takes people into another environment. AR suits digital content viewed alongside a real place or object. We assess the visitor task, available devices and location before recommending a format.
Can existing CAD or 3D assets be used?
Often, but they need a review. Large models may need simplification, new materials or changes to run smoothly on the chosen device. Share sample files so we can scope the preparation.
Can an experience work without an internet connection?
Some experiences can be designed for offline use. Updates, hosted content and connected features may still need connectivity. We confirm the operating requirements during the brief.
Do you also provide VR for events?
Our Events team scopes equipment, visitor flow and on-site delivery for temporary activations. Use the VR & AR Events page for activation planning.
